How long do I have to make an Exchange Request
Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
What items can I exchange for?
Items may be exchange for different sizes or for a different item of equal value.
What if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?

What are the conditions for exchanges?
Products to be eligible for exchange must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, free of odors, stains and/or damage.
I bought an item marked as final sale or preorder; can I exchange it?
All items listed as Final Sale or Preorder are NOT eligible for exchange.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds.
What do I do if I received the wrong or damaged item, or an item is missing from my order?
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, or your order is missing an item, please contact us immediately so that we can replace it with a new/correct item. We will have you send the item back and will immediately send a new item to you. Contact Us
Jerseys
Are jerseys returnable?
Jerseys are listed as final sale due to customization and are made to order. In select cases, exchanges may be approved. These are decided case-by-case. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Page for any further questions.
Can I exchange or get store credit for a jersey of a player who transferred to a different school?
No. Jerseys are sold based on the player at the time of purchase. Roster changes are outside of our control. Exchanges and store-credit are only available to purchases that falls within our exchange window and meet the exchange requirements.
Exchange Process
How do I initiate an exchange?
Please visit our Contact Us page and submit a form. Please include the item/size you are wanting to exchange and any other pertinent information.
How long does it take to hear back?
Our returns & exchange team will review your request and will respond within 48 hours Monday - Friday. If it is approved, you will received a shipping label and/or any needed information. If it is declined, they will inform you why it is declined.
When will my exchange item be shipped out?
Once the item(s) you are returning are received at our fulfillment warehouse, our fulfillment team will release your new items. You will receive tracking for the package via email.
Additional Notes
Do I need to get exchange approval?
Yes. All exchanges must be approved. Any unauthrozied returns may not be accepted.
What if I return an item that isn't eligible for return?
FanStreet reserves the right to refuse exchanes that do not meet the Return & Exchange Policy's requirements
What if I didn't know about the return policy beforehand?

Policy for International Exchanges & Returns
Can I get an exchange for an item sent to an international address?
Yes. You are able to request an exchange for an item that was sent to an international address. However, for international exchanges, due to high international shipping costs, the customer will be responsible to pay for the item's return and exchange shipping. The amount will be calculated and will need to be paid to begin the exchange process.
